Each session is dynamic and high-energy, blending different training styles—from strength and conditioning to HIIT, circuit, and functional training—so you never get bored and your body keeps progressing. With multiple classes offered throughout the week, you’ll always find a session that fits your schedule. Legacy Fitness offers 9 personal trainers with different training styles, personalities and backgrounds that are there to help you reach all your fitness needs. Learn to utilize the gym, get the most out of your workouts and be held accountable for getting in shape. With our trainers on hand to adjust/modify exercises, every client receives personal attention and guidance.
