Our group training classes are designed to keep you engaged, challenged, and excited to show up. Each session is dynamic and high-energy, blending different training styles—from strength and conditioning to HIIT, circuit, and functional training—so you never get bored and your body keeps progressing. With multiple classes offered throughout the week, you’ll always find a session that fits your schedule. Our diverse team of passionate trainers brings their own unique approach and personality to every class, keeping workouts fresh and motivating while fostering a fun, supportive community that pushes you to give your best every time.

Legacy Fitness offers 9 personal trainers with different training styles, personalities and backgrounds that are there to help you reach all your fitness needs. Learn to utilize the gym, get the most out of your workouts and be held accountable for getting in shape. With our trainers on hand to adjust/modify exercises, every client receives personal attention and guidance.
